Novell Linux 10
Check out these videos of this very cool OS in action. I love their implementation of VirtualDesktops and the 'wobble' effect on windows when you move them arround.

Ever noticed the sign that is posted on store walls showing some numbers? Did you wonder what it means? This Article explains it pretty well. (BestBuy example).

No time to watch LOST?
If you dont have to watch LOST (Shame on you since it is probably one of the best drama on TV); you can go to these links below and read a 1 page synoposis on each episode.

LOST - The tv series explained
This is one of the best 'theories' that I have read regarding LOST. Although its a bit complicated; the author has done a good job of explaining a lot of the mysteries of the show.

Be careful what you search for
Read this interesting article on Cnet. It is a interview conducted with reps from AOL and Google about what kind of information they store on ppl who use their search engine. Given a search term, Google can actually produce a list of IP addresses who searched for that term. Thats pretty scary!

Chuck Norris Fact of the day
Below is an actual conversation that occurred while watching a webcast that George Bush was participating in at an Intel campus.
Nate: how do you make white light?
Nate: bend atoms
Nav: Chuck Norris can bend atoms by just looking at them

Deliver your own 'State of the Union'
Ok. This site is great. It allows you to type in some words (from a predefined list) and then have them be spoken by George Bush. For example you can have George say
'My fellow citizens break we will meet to bear the duty of serving the enmies your confront'
BushSpeech
Pretty cool! I hope the author of the website adds more vocabulary. (such as the word 'nuclear').

Are you searching for God?
Let Google help you find Him (or Her).
Google finds God in SouthAmerica
No wonder the stock is about $400!!
Update Seems that Google has taken down that particular image.. if you didn't see it earlier; then you are not meant to find God I guess!
Blockbuster ups the ante!!
Blockbuster now offers 4 in-store rentals with their 3-at-a-time mail rental plan. They charge $17.99 (same as Netflix). I think this is a better deal than Netflix since its kinda hard to get the new releases thru any of these online rental places; but the local blockbuster almost always has them in stock. Plus there is no waiting for the movie in mail.. just drive up to your nearest store and pick up. Instant gratification!!
